Nephrologist
Auckland District Health Board

We are seeking a qualified Nephrologist with skills in general nephrology and dialysis to work in a full-time capacity.

You will be medically qualified with FRACP or equivalent qualification, and will be eligible for vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council.

Our renal department at Auckland City Hospital provides clinical services to the greater Auckland region. It provides haemodialysis for 300 patients and a home haemodialysis unit has been established this year. The peritoneal dialysis unit provides care for 150 patients. The Renal Transplant Unit provides services for 9 District Health Boards and performs around 60 transplants each year.
