Colon obstruction

A 95-year-old male presented with a 3-day history of diffuse
abdominal pain and distension. He had chronic constipation and Parkinson’s
disease. Abdominal radiographies were taken at supine (Figure 1) and left
decubitus positions (Figure 2).
