Figures 1 and 2 demonstrate the hand and left upper limb of
a 30-year-old patient who has been on long-term renal dialysis. He currently has
a functioning renal transplant but presented with digital ischaemia (Figure 1)
and an antecubital fossa mass (Figure 2).
