Terms and Conditions
* By entering the NZ Medical Association Elective Prize competition. All
entrants agree to renew their membership with the NZMA for next year (2010) by
completing the attached Membership Direct Debit form.
* Membership: $10 per month from November 2009 to September 2010 via direct debit.
* The competition is open to Trainee Interns only.
* Only one entry per person will be accepted.
* Entries will only be accepted if a fully completed direct debit form is returned with entry form.
* Competition closes 15 September 2009.
* The prize draw will be made on 17 September 2009.
* The winner will be announced on the NZMA e-newsletter Vital Signs on 18 September 2009 and will be contacted by NZMA by email or telephone.
